Stress is a silent killer, this is a statement that we hear often and yet tend to forget about. We just think that is happening to someone else. We don’t have these kinds of problems. How to control stress?

Things that you can’t change, accept as they are and let them go.
It is crucial that you learn to control stress in the situation while you are exposed. Focus on your breathing and calmness. As you inhale, focus on calmness and peace and as you are exhaling, release the stress, madness, anger and anxiety. Create a very clear picture in your head that each breath you are taking is bringing calmness, peace and clarity. This will do wonders for your stress levels if you practice it immediately after exposure to a stressful situation.
Is not only great for overall health and wellness, it will also improve your how body responds to stress exposure. Any physical activity is beneficial, chose things you enjoy, however, try to incorporate walking, swimming, and or gardening as these are activities that help realign one with the universe.
